WARNING: I am an over-opinionated asshole so I will NOT sugar coat my words or be politically correct under any circumstance…and yes, I do cuss a lot. I am not like most people though, I am not a close-minded idiot that only embrases asskissing and praise – if you disagree with what I say or think I am wrong, say so. I won’t block or silence you. Oh and don’t go on another website and grandstand. Grandstanding only shows the intelligent world that you know you can’t win against me, so you have to talk amongst people equally as stupid as you are in order to feel like a winner. Oh, and you should also know that the way I behave online is the EXACT way I behave in person, at least during a debate/argument. Enough rambling, let’s get to the point…
I am Akemi, considered Sexiest Man Alive by Sexist Man Alive Monthly. You can subscribe the Sexiest Man Alive Monthly by meeting me at the Ōedo Line platform in Shinjuku Station at 4:30 AM every Friday. I’ll be wearing Len Kagamine Cosplay.
Ok, seriously this time, I mean it: My real name IS Akemi Mokoto believe it or not. I am a pretty massive anime otaku. To date, I have seen over 500 Anime, but only about 20-25 of the anime I’ve seen, I would consider to be exceptional.
In terms of work and non-anime-related hobbies, I am a photographer, videographer, severe/winter weather enthusiast, war tourist(Google it), and Stargazer. Yes, Anime isn’t my sole interest. I do love watching auto racing(NASCAR, Indycar, F1, etc) and a few non-anime related TV shows such as NCIS. I am also an inexperienced freelance journalist that prefers war and disaster coverage, a political pundit, NWS SKYWARN spotter, opinion blogger, and free speech advocate. I am very informed on foreign affairs especially Japan, so ask me anything.
ANYWAY, I plan to go to University(which one hasn’t been decided yet) in the near future so I can major in Journalism and diplomacy, then maybe at a later point work on getting a PHD in Meteorology, Astronomy, and maybe Geology. But after I major in Journalism(or before), depending on which way the wind blows, I plan to move to either Japan(top choice), Switzerland, or Finland.
Oddly, up until about 2010 I spent all of my childhood(teenage years included) chasing a passion to be a storm chaser and future meteorologist but I decided to pursue a more exciting career in Journalism after I saw the hard work gone by American and foreign Journalist during the ongoing Arab Spring.
I’d like to clear some things up right now:
1) I am a GUY.
2) I am NOT Japanese.
3) I am american(Not patriotic one or a nationalist though).
I changed my name to Akemi Mokoto legally on March, 26, 2012 after I used the name in high school for a few years. By the way, I am a lolicon fan but I am NOT a pedophile. They are 2 completely different things so let’s not start assuming shit, ok?
I have few things to brag about if you don’t mind:
1) I Passed the SAT in the 98th percentile in High School.
2) I was on Honor Roll for straight A’s in my first year of high school.
3) Invited to the Future Business Leaders of America summit in Washington DC(I never attended it)
4) I was and still am named as one of the “top 1% social media influencers” by Kred
I would like to mention that if you remove anything I post on your wall or timeline, threaten to do it, threaten to unfriend me, or tell me to not say something again, I will immediately remove you from my friends list for censorship. I know what you’re thinking now: “It’s my profile, I can do what I want with it!” I know it’s yours but it’s also my Friends list and if you can’t accept and keep my comments, I won’t accept or keep you. If you don’t like what I say or how I say it, call me out for it or PM me. I might respect your request.
NEXT, on to my Anime otaku history:
At the time of this posting, I have seen over 550 anime. I believe my first Anime was either Yu Yu Hakusho, Inuyasha, or Cardcaptor Sakura, or Neon Genesis Evangelion. What I believe made me become a bigger Anime fan was Fooly Cooly(FLCL). The first Anime I passionately fell in love with was Saikano, which I first saw after I picked up a copy of volume 1 from a local library. I spend an average of $3,000/year on Anime, manga, and products related to them(figures, shirts, posters, etc).
I use to engage in piracy but I stopped once I became an Anime otaku and realized just how harmful piracy is. I am now strongly against the piracy of anime and manga and I do help companies with the removal of such things, primarily on Youtube.
If you’re curious about what kind of Anime I watch, I use to prefer ecchi harem but after a while, I got sick of seeing a cliche indecisive main male character that is too much of a pussy to make a move and constantly acts like the girls around him have cooties. I now prefer romance Anime, this is primarily due to Clannad. I will still occasionally watch ecchi harem but I don’t do it often. When it comes to hentai, I prefer loli but it’s not the only kind of hentai I watch.
My TOP 5 FAVORITE ANIME are as followed:
#1) Clannad/Clannad: After Story
#4) Angel Beats
#5) Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
Overall, I have given 19 of the +550 Anime I’ve seen a PERFECT score(10/10 > 5 stars).
